We are thrilled to offer the Summer Retail Rookie Program - a 3-month immersive experience designed to cultivate future retail leaders and provide strong support to our stores. Limited spots available!

This programme is tailored specifically for Year 3 and Year 4 students who are passionate about sports retail and eager to fast-track their way into Decathlon's dynamic leadership pipeline. Upon successfully completing the Rookie Program, top performers will be selected to join our Decathlon Leadership Program - an accelerated path that can lead to a full-time role as a Sports Department Manager and future Store Leader. Embark on an exciting career jump-start!

Our program will run from June 1st to August 31st, 2025 . As a Decathlon HK Summer Rookie, you'll be an integral part of our store teams, working 5 days a week on a full-time, fixed-rate package, including regular retail hours (evenings and weekends).
