How do I apply for a job at Decathlon Hong Kong?

You can apply directly through our careers page at jobs.https://jobs.lever.co/decathlon. Browse the open positions, click on the job title that interests you, and then click the "Apply" button. Make sure to fill out all required fields and upload your CV!

Do I need to prove my right to work in Hong Kong?

Yes, all candidates must provide documentation to prove their right to work in Hong Kong. Currently, we are unable to sponsor visas for most roles, so you must already have the legal right to work. Not having the proper documents will result in a rejected job application.

Do I need a specific degree to apply?

While some positions may require specific degrees or certifications, others may welcome a range of educational backgrounds. Check the job advertisement for specific requirements.

How can I check the status of my application?

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will review your application and contact you with updates.

Will I receive feedback if I am not successful in the application process?

Feedback is provided after interviews, but due to the high volume of applications, we cannot provide feedback after the initial CV screening stage. We regret that we cannot respond to every applicant during this stage.

What can I expect during the interview process?

Our interview process typically includes an initial phone screen, followed by one or more face-to-face interviews. These interviews will focus on your personality, skills, experience, and fit with our company culture.
