Role Overview:

Join our Hong Kong team as a Freelance E-commerce Specialist and become vital in ensuring our product listings meet high quality standards and comply with guidelines. You'll drive our Hong Kong marketplace project forward by meticulously reviewing and approving listings, categorizing products effectively, promptly addressing seller inquiries, and efficiently resolving operational issues with preventive solutions. You will also create training resources for sellers and collaborate with Business Development and Online teams to boost marketplace performance.
